A former trainer and Fitness Manager at Crunch, Britt has been training for over 6 years with numerous certifications and experience in training individuals of all ages and body types.
As a person that formerly used to abhor gym class and organized sports, Britt understands how challenging it can be to have the motivation to eat healthy and find a workout you enjoy doing on a regular basis.
Through running, Crossfit and powerlifting, Britt finally figured out what made her stronger and wants to inspire everyone to move better and take control of their health no matter where they are in life.
