Matt is a Certified Personal Trainer as well as Certified Kick Boxing Instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. He has helped his clients succeed in a variety of efforts ranging from general weight loss to functional strength development.

Matt spent the early years of his professional career holding various Business Development positions with some of America’s largest companies. Although ambitious and eager to succeed professionally with little free time, Matt always maintained a healthy lifestyle and continued to learn what best worked to maximize health and fitness with minimum available time. This is a unique perspective that Matt brings to his client experience, as it seems that often it is hardest to find time for ourselves in our busy lives.
For over twenty years, Matt has continued to learn for himself the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and continued to practice these fundamentals within everyday life. This made it a natural transition when Matt decided to follow his passion and dedicate himself as a personal trainer. Still eager to expand his knowledge, Matt continues his education on a regular basis and consistently brings new exercise programs, in a fun and challenging environment, to his clients.

Rob is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is the Fitness Director of a major fitness facility in the Philadelphia region in addition to the Defensive Coordinator and Strength and Conditioning Coach for a high school in Bucks County.
